Karen is an experienced speech therapist and has worked in not-for-profit organizations and private practices in Australia and Singapore. She assesses and provides intervention to children with a diverse range of communication difficulties, including autism spectrum disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, developmental delays and literacy difficulties.
Dedicated to her profession, Karen ensures she is updated with current evidence-based practices. She constantly updates her clinical knowledge by participating in various professional development courses and constantly strives to bring out the best in all her clients.
Karen believes in interacting with children and caregivers in a supportive environment. Her overall work philosophy is to empower caregivers to develop and apply skills learnt within the therapy sessions, to the child’s daily activities to ensure successful and positive outcomes.
