Aisyah is a Speech-Language Therapist with more than 10 years’ experience within both public hospital and community settings in Singapore. She enjoys helping others, from young to old to improve their quality of life. Building relationships and communicating effectively is a big part of that.
Aisyah strives to provide therapy that is family-centered, child-centered, and individualised. She believes that it takes a community to make a difference in the lives of clients. She works in close collaboration with other professionals and stakeholders that are involved in a client’s life.
Aisyah derives her inspiration from the wisdom of Confucius, Gandhi, Mother Teresa, and Albert Einstein. She has worked beyond therapy, to develop, implement and coordinate services for the hospital and Social Service sector she worked for. She has conducted numerous training for professionals and parents, as well as to grow community awareness. She is dynamic and tireless in her efforts to improve herself and provide evidence-based practices. She keeps abreast of the latest techniques, research and regularly attends professional development. She is committed and diligent in doing her best for the clients.
Aisyah is a mother of two. She is a people person, and loves hanging out with family and friends to chit-chat over food!
